Yaprak Sapanlı Görür is an executive coach, advisor, and former Fortune 500 global HR leader with over 25 years of experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy.

She spent more than two decades at 3M, where she built a fast-paced global career spanning HR generalist roles in Turkey, senior regional leadership positions across Europe, and ultimately Vice President of Global Human Resources for the company’s largest business group at headquarters. In that role, she led the global HR function for a $12B business with more than 20,000 employees worldwide.

Throughout her corporate career, Yaprak worked closely with senior leaders across functions, geographies, and cultures, helping them navigate complexity, accelerate their growth, and lead with clarity and integrity. She is known for building high-performing, diverse teams and for developing leaders during moments of transition, ambiguity, and change.

In 2020, Yaprak founded YSG & Associates Coaching and Consultancy, where she now works with executives and leaders across industries. Her clients include global organizations such as 3M, Accenture, Amazon, AT&T, Bayer, BP, Capital One, Colgate-Palmolive, Coupa, Dow, H&R, Kohler, Facebook, Federal Aviation Administration, Schneider Electric, ServiceNow, Smiths Group,Twilio, US Department of AirForce, Warner Media, and several public-sector institutions.

Yaprak is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, a Certified NLP Coach, and a certified team coach. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity.

She is based in Florida and works globally with leaders who are ready realign with what matters most, and intentionally design their next chapter.
