What Now? Series #1 | Seasons of Change – Poll Results

“What we call the beginning is often the end And to make an end is to make a beginning. The end is where we start from.” – T.S. Eliot

These words hit differently when I saw the results of the Seasons of Life poll. Thank you to everyone who participated. Here’s what emerged:

·      31% Spring: new beginnings, learning, exploring
·      13% Summer: building, growing, expanding
·      31% Autumn: transition, reevaluation, letting go
·      25% Winter: rest, renewal, deep reflection

What struck me most isn’t any single number; it’s the balance.
Nearly two-thirds of you placed yourselves in Spring or Autumn: representing movement, transition, and change. A quarter are honoring Winter’s quiet call for reflection. Fewer are in Summer’s building, growing phase.

The insight? So many of us are navigating endings that are also beginnings. We’re in motion, releasing what no longer serves us, finding footing between chapters, or stepping into something new.
